Mr Lone has servred as director of Ammonite Energy and served on the Audit, Compensation and Reserve and Environmental Committees. Mr Lone was President & CEO, & CFO, Director and a promoter of Ketchum Capital Corporation until completion of the Qualifying Transaction on December 12 2008. Since 1991 , Mr. Lone has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marcon International Inc n industrial supply contractor serving the Oil & Gas Industry and the US Government (Department of Defense) with offices in Oakville, Washington DC and London, U.K. Mr. Lone holds an MBA from Lindenwood University, St. Louis, Missouri, in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor General Studies from South East Missouri State University in 1989.

Sean Carr, CFO

Mr. Carr has over 21 years of experience in the financial administration management fields. Prior to working at FOX-TEK, Mr. Carr was in a variety of roles including: CFO of DreamCatcher Inc, a private Canadian Video Game Publisher, Senior Vice President of Finance, Entertainment Group, of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., the leading television, motion picture distributor in Canada. Mr. Carr is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has been a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1989.

Sam Cauchi, Director of Sales

Mr. Cauchi holds a M.A.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and has research experience in fiber optics, photonics and applied physics. Since joining the company in 2005, Mr. Cauchi has undertaken roles in project management, product development, R&D for FOX-TEK's next generation products, and has played a key role in developing key accounts with the Sales team.
