Mr. Carr has over 21 years of experience
in the financial administration management fields, and
also serves as Interim President & CFO of FOX-TEK.
Prior to working at FOX-TEK, Mr. Carr was in a variety
of roles including: CFO of DreamCatcher Inc, a private
Canadian Video Game Publisher, Senior Vice President of
Finance, Entertainment Group, of Alliance Atlantis
Communications Inc., the leading television, motion
picture distributor in Canada. Mr. Carr is a graduate of
the University of Toronto and has been a member of the
Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1989.
David Horsley
David Horsley is an experienced senior officer and director of public companies. Currently, he is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sino-Forest Corporation, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:TRE), with its head office in Hong Kong and operations in China. Before joining Sino-Forest, he was SVP & CFO of Cygnal Technologies Corporation (TSX:CYN). Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Canadian General Capital Limited, a private equity investment vehicle owned by two major Canadian pension funds. Mr. Horsley currently sits on the Board of Sino-Forest and Cybermation. Previously, he also served on the Board and Board Committees of various private and public companies including Cygnal Technologies, Unico Foods, EDM, Site Oil Tools, FuelMaker and Chapters.
Bob Schulz
Dr. Bob Schulz is a Professor of Strategic Management with the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, where he has taught since 1973. His practical approach has resulted in 20 awards for outstanding teaching, including “top 10” among 39,000 professors in Canada. As a coach, his teams have won 63 national academic case championships and 5 world-level titles. Bob is a director for a number of private and public companies, including Wi-LAN and Renoworks Software. He is a strategic planning consultant and, as a professor, Bob has helped to develop strategic plans for more than 300 companies employing his EMBA students. Among Bob’s four degrees are an engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD in Business Administration from Ohio State. He is the co-author of the book, Corporate Integrity: A Toolkit for Managing Beyond Compliance(Wiley, 2005).

Rod Tennyson
Dr. R.C. (Rod) Tennyson is a scientific
advisor to FOX-TEK. He is a professor emeritus at the
University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies,
where he served for 10 years as director. He holds a Ph.D.
from the University of Toronto and is a professional
engineer and a fellow of the Canadian Aeronautics and
Space Institute.
